About this Session
This organization aims to improve knowledge and welfare related to cardiovascular health amongst Black Americans, integrate heart healthy strategies and routines into the lives of persons of color, and heighten national awareness regarding heart health disparities faced within the black community. With these aims in mind, this organization hopes to integrate into the community through health fairs and educational webinars; globally, strategies for upholding our mission include research and implementing programs for health monitoring through technology. Developing educational resources and programming are essential to achieving the goals of this organization and serves as opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with national libraries.
