About this Session
Building upon work from their book Library Collaborations and Community Partnerships: Enhancing Health and Quality of Life, the presenters will explore ways in which libraries can and do partner with community entities to address pressing community issues. The session will discuss exemplars of library collaborations with their communities; how these projects may serve as guides for others; and how session participants may also contribute to this body of literature through development of scholarly products from their exemplary projects. The presenters will lead this session with discussion, and exploration of ideas for participant projects and scholarship.
