Anthony W. Dunbar (Tony) is an Assistant Professor in Dominican University’s iSchool as well as an Adjunct Professor of Sociology at Lewis University both near Chicago. He recently completed teaching a course he designed for UCLA’s iSchool, Critical Race Information Theory: The Power of the Capture Moment. Additionally, he is an equity and racial justice consultant who has also served as both a public and academic librarian. Tony received his Ph.D. in Information Studies and MLIS from UCLA.
