Shahadah is a Community Initiatives Specialist with the Free Library of Philadelphia. It is her passion to connect communities, foster positive/productive environments where all people can thrive, access opportunities, build relationships and increase their capacity for overall engagement. She is trained as a Racial Healing Circle practitioner, holds a M.S.A in Public Administration and a B.A in Political Science from West Chester University. She enjoys reading and volunteering at the masjid.
