Prior to KPL, Sandra was Manager, Youth Collection Development for Ingram Library Services. She curated library collections & developed diversity resources. Sandra also worked for NYPL & spent 3 years working for BookOps as a Youth Materials Selector. Sandra has served on: #WNDB Walter, ALSCs Batchelder, YALSAs Excellence in Nonfiction, & ALSCs Legacy 2023 Award.
