About this speaker
Dawn is Dean of Libraries at Southern University and a member of the LOUIS Library Consortium Executive Board and the ALA Information Technology Policy Advisory Committee. Dawn has worked as a Technology Consultant, Computer Analyst, and served as a Visiting Program Officer for the Association of Research Libraries. She champions the use of Open Educational Resources at the University and leads the digital literacy initiative. She is a doctoral candidate in Science and Mathematics Education.
